Box SSO Support


You can create private AppGlu apps that require users to log into the app upon first launch. This is ideal for apps used just by your employees or business partners. If you have integrated your app with Box for cloud-storage, you can use Box SSO support for user logins.


Pre-Requisites


  • Ensure that your Box account is set to support SSO. You may need to contact your Box support team. See this link for more information.
  • Connect your Box account to your AppGlu app, see: Using Your Box Account With AppGlu.


App Login Flow


After you've connected your Box account to your AppGlu app, when users launch your app they will be prompted to log in with their Box credentials.


1. Click "Use Single Sign On (SSO)" at the bottom of the login screen



2. Enter just your email address (Box username / login)



3. Click Authorize

You should then see your SSO Provider pop-up window to enter your company-specific credentials (SSO credentials).


4. Once you have successfully signed in you will prompted to grant access to your Box Account, click the "Grant Access" button
 


You can now use your AppGlu app.
